As of today, Oct 1, Allison and I are now ‘active’ with our mission agency, SIM. We are receiving our full support and benefits. Taylor of course is working at the SIM International office on video production while Allison is holding down the fort with Avery. Allison also hopes to get some face time with key players in the community development area.

Thank you all so much for your financial and prayer support. We would not be doing what we do without all of you. The true reality is that you all are just as much a part of this ministry as we are; we just play different roles.

We’ll be spending most of October in Charlotte. We’ll be returning Oct 24 for Fellowship Bible Church’s Harvest Festival that they use for a missions weekend every year. That Sunday service Allison and I will be brought up on stage once more and ‘sent’ by the church. We’d love for you to come and see us off that Sunday. We’ll also be manning a booth to tell people about the work we’re doing in Sudan. We plan to be in Tulsa Oct 30 – Nov 2 and back to Dallas. We’ll hit up South Texas to see more family Nov 6-10. During our last week we’ll be making our final packing arrangements and widdling down our ‘stuff’. Nov 15th we fly to Africa from DFW airport courtesy of British Airways.
