Please continue to have Sudan in your prayers. The SPLM (Southern Government) has made their points of displeasure known and the Unity Government is already responding and moving in very positive directions. I would ask that you pray for continued peace and for wisdom for all the leaders in Sudan. Below are a couple recent links to more updates…

Doctors without borders/ Medecins sans frontieres have gone into cities this fall and set up refugee camps. They are in Dallas this weekend. Stop by flag poll hill off of northwest highway, just north of white rock lake from 9am-5:30pm to walk through a refugee camp.
The exhibit is made up of materials used by MSF in its emergency medical work around the world, including emergency refugee housing, a food distribution tent, water pump, health clinic, vaccination tent, therapeutic feeding center, and a cholera treatment center.
It addresses questions such as:
Will I be safe?
What will I eat?
How do I find water?
Can I get medical care?
Where will I live?

The Southern government SPLM has pulled out of the unity government today. Please be in prayer for continued peace and implimentation of the CPA (Comprehensive Peace Agreement).
Read about it:
Al Jazeera
BBC News
Update:
It appears the SPLM has not pulled out of the government but the acting ministers (heads of government arms) were recalled back to Juba, the Southern capital, to evaluate the implimentation of the CPA and brief them on some new SPLM government officials. In effect, this ‘recall back to Juba’ is a withdrawl from the unity government.
